The man managed to help two people to escape the basket, but unfortunately it was entangled on a rope. It was recognized as Louisio “N”, according to police.
The tragic event took place at the first Enrique Estrada 2025 balloon festival last Sunday.
Following the tragic accident, the office of the Attorney General of the State banned access to the other balloons.
