The Israeli army today called on the inhabitants of a district of the city of Toul in southern Lebanon to evacuate it as a blow to a building belonging to Hezbollah, according to Israel.

“You are close to infrastructure belonging to the Hezbollah terrorist organization (…) for your safety (…) You are called upon to discharge these buildings immediately” within a 500 -meter radius, the message posted in Arabic, on the X platform.

Despite the truce agreement that entered into force in late November, Israel continued its air raids on neighboring Lebanon, claiming that it is aiming for positions and members of Hezbollah. The agreement stipulates that the organization will withdraw to the north of the Litani River, 30 kilometers from the border with Israel and dismantle its military facilities in the south. The text also provides for the withdrawal of the Israeli army from Lebanon. Israeli soldiers still remain in five positions in southern Lebanon.

Beirut regularly calls on the international community to push Israel to stop the attacks and withdraw his army.
