US President Donald Trump said Thursday that signed an executive decree where extends the deadline of June 19th for Chinese company byTedance to divest the assets of the popular Tiktok application in USA for 90 days.

“I just signed the executive decree extending the deadline for closing Tiktok for 90 days (September 17, 2025),” he said in a post on Truth Social.

She is The third time Trump postpone the ban imposed by Congress and was ratified by the US Supreme Court for implementation.

The initial action took place through an executive decree on January 20, on the first day of his term of office, following a brief suspension of the platform when the prohibition came into force.

In early April, Trump issued an order to extend the operation of Tiktok for additional 75 days, after collapsing a possible agreement to sell the application to US owners.

For its part, the Chinese company said it is grateful for the US leadership and President Trump’s support in ensuring the availability of Tik Tok.

“We continue to work with the office of Vice President Jay Di Vans,” he adds.
