With strongness the Russian attacksshortly before the launch of negotiations between Russia and Ukraine, as said by Ukrainian President Volodimir Zelenski, who, rushed by this event, reiterated his country’s constant demand for a full ceasefire.

As he pointed out, with a post on X: ‘Today, during the negotiations in Turkey, Ukrainian representatives will once again insist on the need for Urgent and complete ceasefire of fireincluding interrupting such attacks on political infrastructure“

With the phrase “such attacks on political infrastructure”, the Ukrainian president stated that 220,000 citizens were left without electricity due to attacks by Russian unmanned aircraft on energy infrastructure.

“All day long, efforts are underway in the Sumi area after the attack by a Russian unmanned aircraft. Russian unmanned aircraft hit energy infrastructure. Due to damage to the facilities, more than 220,000 citizens in the Sumi area were left without electricity – that is, hundreds of thousands of Ukrainian families”
