Local authorities in the Ukrainian city of Enkhodar, which has been occupied by Russian forces, said that Russian troops today used force to disperse a pro-Ukrainian demonstration, while arresting some of the protesters.
Residents of the city gathered in the center of Enerkhodar in southern Ukraine singing and singing the national anthem when Russian soldiers arrived and drove some of the protesters into military vehicles, the local administration said in a social media post.
“The occupiers are dispersing the demonstration with explosions,” a relevant post (Telegram) said, along with a video showing the use of smoke bombs and the collection of characteristic white smoke, next to the cultural center of the city.
Energodar city center right now. Russia does not know how to establish its administration on the temporarily occupied territories. So they choose killing and intimidating people pic.twitter.com/xtqeIIfE6L
