His opponent, Pasquale Triniko (a five -star movement official who was also supported by the center -left) is 41%. Voters’ participation did not exceed 43%.
Okiuto thanked his voters and his opponent, who phoned him to congratulate him. At the same time, he called on Trinikos to cooperate, in useful areas, “in favor of Calabria’s political peace”.
It is recalled that last week, the conservative lineup and the party’s “brothers of Italy’s” party candidate won the local clash in the Marke region of central Italy.
