A young naked man has spread terror through a Florida neighborhood, breaking into several homes and destroying property — with neighbors saying he was lucky he wasn’t fatally shot.
The naked burglar, identified by police as 23-year-old Joshua Garrison, was caught on security camera lurking in backyards last week, sexually touching himself and causing significant damage.

“I was sleeping and the doorbell rang and I opened the door,” said Pinellas Park resident David Dale.
“I opened the door and there was a guy standing there, and he was completely naked. He threw a pot of plants through the window of my truck and smashed the lights off the front of my house,” Dale added.
Another local resident said the 23-year-old initially tried to get through the screen of a window at his home.
He then ran into the backyard storage room touching himself sexually and returned to the back porch holding an ax.
“We don’t know why he didn’t use it,” Thomas Raisman said, noting his back door was unlocked at the time.
“He’s lucky we didn’t shoot him”
Locals have been shocked by the series of strange break-ins, with one saying many residents are armed and ready to defend their homes.
“We’re all supporters of the Second Amendment here at Pinellas Park. We will shoot you,” said a local resident.
“He was lucky we didn’t wake up,” he said characteristically.
Police received reports of the disturbing burglaries on Oct. 7 and arrested Garrison, who is believed to be homeless, on Tuesday.
The 23-year-old faces multiple charges, including armed burglary, two counts of burglary, disorderly conduct, criminal activity and violation of probation.
