US President Donald Trump told his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelensky on Friday that “the time has come” to reach an agreement to end the war, according to his post on the Truth Social platform.

“The meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky was very interesting and cordial, but I told him, as I also told President (of Russia) Putin, that it’s time to stop the killing and find an agreement,” Trump wrote.

“No more shootings, no more Death, no more huge and unbearable amounts of money. Thousands of people are slaughtered every week. No more, go home to your families in peace!”, insisted the American president and noted: “Enough blood has been spilled, with borders defined by war and courage. They should stop where they are. Let them both claim victory, let History judge the winner!”

The American president did not make any statements after completing his meeting with his Ukrainian counterpart at the White House.
