The powerful spyware used by hacker for communications espionage and data theft, allegedly found on devices in Downing Street.

Investigators say they have identified “multiple suspected cases of Pegasus spyware infections” on devices used by UK government officials.
Many cell phones, including Boris Johnson, were tested after the 2020 breach – but British officials apparently could not locate the device or the nature of any stolen data.
Investigators believe the cyber-attack targeting Boris Johnson’s office came from the United Arab Emirates – while State Department “infections” appear to be linked to Pegasus “operators” in the United Arab Emirates, India and Cyprus. and Jordan.
