Lavrov: Talks with Kyiv are in a quagmire

Negotiations between Moscow and Kiev aimed at resolving the conflict, “Are in a quagmire”said today the head of the Russian diplomacy Sergei Lavrov, as the talks have not led to no clear progress.

Russian and Ukrainian negotiators held talks today, according to the head of the Moscow delegation.
