Today is the 15th day of a multimillion-dollar defamation lawsuit filed by Depp, with Herd detailing the sexual and physical abuse he allegedly suffered at the hands of the Pirates of the Caribbean star.
In one incident, she said Depp accused her of flirting with a woman at the Met Ball and when they got home he hit her. “He hit me in the face … I suspected that I had a broken nose … I remember my nose was swollen, discolored, red,” she said characteristically.
During another alleged attack, he said he kicked her to the floor in a private jet.
