Guilty of sexual assault a German woman was judged as well opened holes in her partner’s condoms in an attempt to get pregnantaccording to reports.

The woman, 39 years old, had an occasional relationship with the man (friends with benefits) when he deliberately destroyed the condoms without his knowledge.

THE case wrote legal historyaccording to the judge, because the crime known as “stealthing” – where someone secretly removes a condom during sex – was committed in this case by a woman.

It was imposed on the 39-year-old six months suspended imprisonment.

The couple met online in early 2021 and started an occasional, sexual relationship.

She developed deeper feelings for her partner, 42, but knew she did not want to be in a committed relationship, according to the Bild newspaper.

The woman secretly dug holes in the condom package in the hope of getting pregnant, but is said to have failed.

However, she later sent the man a WhatsApp message telling him she thought she was pregnant and telling him what she had done.

The 42-year-old then filed a lawsuit against her.

Although prosecutors and the court agreed that a crime had been committed, there was initial uncertainty about what should be charged.

“We have written legal history here today”said the Judge Astrid Salewski at the district court in the western city of Bielefeld.

After first investigating whether the crime constituted rape, he decided that the charge of sexual assault was appropriate after reading about the crime of “stealthing” while examining the case law.
