The market for new residential properties in the capital of São Paulo had a fall in April of almost 19% in launches compared to the same month last year. This is what the new Secovi-SP survey shows, with around 3,800 units.
Sales grew 35% on the same basis of comparison. There were almost 5,500 units sold.
Secovi-SP points to a PSV (Global Sales Value) of R$ 2.74 billion, an increase of almost 55% compared to April last year.
Properties in the range of 30 m² and 45 m² of useful area led all indicators, such as sales (3,010 units), PSV (R$ 756.3 million), launches (1,644 units).
By price level, the best sales rates were for properties up to R$ 240 thousand (2,311 units), according to Secovi.
