Caixa Econômica Federal announced on Tuesday (19) changes in the bank’s internal affairs department and removed two names linked to former president Pedro Guimarães from the vice presidency.

Caixa stated that the changes in the organizational structure were approved by the Board of Directors “in order to reconcile its social vocation and the generation of results, improve its governance standards and become a reference in sustainability”.
The vice president of Corporate Management will be occupied by Danielle Calazans, a Caixa employee since 2007. The vice president of Sustainability and Entrepreneurship was not announced.
