Hatzidakis for 1555: 2.6 million calls answered, 99.5% of cases resolved

“One year after the establishment of the 1555 telephone number, 2.6 million calls have been answered, the average waiting time was only 1.38 minutes, while 99.5% of cases have been resolved, answered with a positive or sometimes negative outcome” the Minister of Labor pointed out to SKAI Kostis Hatzidakis.

“In 1555 he was awarded last year as the call center of the year by the relevant customer service organization. 8 out of 10 citizens are satisfied with his services,” he noted.
