See how to withdraw the Truck Driver Aid through Caixa Tem

Self-employed truck drivers receive this Tuesday (9) the installment of R$ 2,000 from the Truck Driver Assistance. The benefit was deposited by Caixa Econômica Federal in the digital social savings account. Through the Caixa Tem application, it is possible to consult, withdraw and transfer the values. See the step by step to get the money.

1. Install the Caixa Tem app

• Access the Google Play Store or Apple Store from your cell phone and download the Caixa Tem app. If already installed, update the application
• Open the app, enter the CPF and create a password;
• To generate a password, it will be necessary to follow seven steps and provide personal information such as CPF, full name, mobile number, zip code, day, month and year of birth and email;
• Create a password, confirm the password, go to “I’m not a robot” and click “Register”;
• On your first access, a code will be sent by SMS to confirm identification;
• Correctly enter your phone number to receive the code; then type it

2. Check the value of the Truck Driver Aid

• Open the Caixa Tem application, enter your CPF and password and click on “Extract”;
• If you received the aid, two installments of R$ 1,000 will appear, described as “BEN TAC 1” and “BEN TAC 2”

3- Generate a code to make the withdrawal

• Click on “Withdrawal without card” in your Caixa Tem

• On the next page, go to “Generate code for withdrawal”

• Guidelines will appear on how the ATM withdrawal will be, below, click on “Generate withdrawal code”. Enter your app password
• On the next screen, the code will appear, which is valid for one hour to be used at the ATM, in the lottery or in a corresponding Caixa Aqui
• Withdrawal is carried out without a card, so click on the “Enter” button on the ATM keyboard
• On this screen, click on the “Withdraw Caixa Tem” button. Enter your CPF number and then the code generated in the application
• Choose an amount to withdraw or enter the amount on the ATM’s numeric keypad

4- How to transfer the values

• Enter the Caixa Tem app and click on “Transfer money”
• Inform if the transfer will be made by typing agency and account or if it will go to one of your favorites already registered for transfer
• Enter branch, bank, account, digit and amount, inform the type of account, the CPF, the name of the person who will receive it, the amount and confirm the operation. If you want, save the receipt on your cell phone or send it by WhatsApp
• There is a transfer limit of up to R$ 600 per operation; the money will be sent by DOC (Credit Document) and will be in the account the next day

TRUCK AID CALENDAR

In August, truck drivers receive two installments of R$ 1,000 each, referring to the months of July and August. The calendar provides for the payment of six installments until December.

According to the MTP (Ministry of Labor and Social Security), the benefit is paid to 190,861 truck drivers. The total volume of funds is approximately R$381.8 million.

Truck drivers registered with the RNTR-C (National Registry of Road Cargo Transporters) are eligible to receive the benefit until May 31. It is also necessary to have a regularized CPF and CNH (National Driver’s License) up to date.

The deposit of amounts takes place automatically in the digital social savings account opened by Caixa. When the money enters the account, the beneficiary can transfer the amounts to another bank or to a Caixa account, pay bills, make purchases, make a Pix or generate a code to make the withdrawal.

According to Caixa, truck drivers who have questions about the payment of the benefit can call the Alô Trabalho Customer Service, at number 158.

Amounts not moved within 90 days from the deposit date will be returned to the Federal Government.

The benefited professional will also not need to prove whether the money was used for the purchase of diesel or not.

The Auxílio Caminhoneiro is not cumulative with the Auxílio Taxista and a benefit will be paid per CPF, regardless of whether the beneficiary has more than one registered vehicle.
