French chef Laurent Suaudeau went to teach recipes with low production costs this Monday (15th) at the social action promoted by the union central UGT (União Geral dos Trabalhadores) in the community of Rio Pequeno, west of São Paulo.
At the meeting, around 60 women learned to prepare Roman gnocchi with the chef.
They also took home ingredients like leeks, basil and gorgonzola cheese.
According to UGT, the best cooks will earn courses with Suaudeau.
