The Golden Cross health plan network suffered a cyberattack that affected part of the systems on Monday (5) and so far has not resolved the problem. According to the operator, a portion of the services has been interrupted or is operating on a contingency basis.
The company did not disclose the time of the attack and said it is working with PwC’s expert consultancy to normalize the situation.
Golden Cross’s online service channels are still active and the company advises customers and partners to look for these numbers until the operation is back up and running.
