18. Infant and school meals (extension): 380 million/year
19. Housing policy: rent allowance 255 million/year The housing bank is financed by espa and a recovery fund

On the revenue side: 1. Taxation of 90% of excess profits of companies: 3.69 billion
– energy production (2.2 billion in the last year)
– oil refining and trading (1.6 billion estimate of net surplus profits for the whole of 2022 based on net surplus profits of the first half of 2022)
– gas supply (300 million estimate of net surplus profits of the last year)
