Via, owner of the Casas Bahia and Ponto networks, will start using Pix to renegotiate debts. According to the retailer, the customer who uses the feature will have access to a new credit within 24 hours.
With the measure, the company intends to cut operating costs of issuing tickets and reduce the use of paper.
Pix will be available on the carnê portal of both brands. After accepting the renegotiation conditions, the customer can generate a QR Code or a key to follow the procedure.
