The Gov.br platform presents instability this Tuesday (25) and is offline. When accessing the site, the user is informed that the page is undergoing maintenance. The instability affected services such as Meu INSS, where it is possible to request pensions and schedule expertise, for example, and ConectSUS, from the federal government.
The difficulties would have started in the early hours of the morning. The website Downdetector, which records complaints from online services, points to a peak of complaints in the Dataprev, eCAC and Internal Revenue Service.
The Emprega Brasil platform is also out of operation. Through Emprega Brasil, it is possible to access the Digital Work Card, in addition to being able to consult the unemployment insurance application and the status of Taxi Driver Assistance and Truck Driver Assistance.
On social media, users reported difficulty accessing services that require a password and login to the federal government system.
Another site that shows instability is that of Inep (National Institute of Educational Studies and Research Anísio Teixeira). The failure occurs a day after the Enem 2022 (National High School Exam) released the list of test locations.
On its official Instagram profile, the Social Security Law Commission of the OAB (Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil) of São Paulo reported that the instability in Meu INSS has been occurring for two days and that it has been monitoring the situation.
“The OAB is attentive and has already demanded measures that are being taken”. Also according to the commission, the gov.br platform would be facing an alleged security attack.
Serpro (Federal Data Processing Service) reported that gov.br is temporarily unavailable for adjustment of a technical nature. The public company is the one that provides information technology services to the federal government.
The federal government has not yet commented on what would have caused the instability or on when services will be reestablished.
