By decision of the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, Kostis Hatzidakis, the deadline for companies to electronically submit the E4 form (Annual/Annual Supplementary Table of Personnel) to the “ERGANI” Information System for the current year is extended until November 11, 2022.
According to an announcement by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, the vast majority of businesses (approximately 290,000 by midday) have already submitted the form within the original deadline, which ended today and the extension is being given, in order for the rest of the businesses to fulfill the relevant obligation as well .
It is also reminded that, in the context of the implementation of the Digital Work Card and the digital organization of working time, from tomorrow, Tuesday, November 1, until November 30, the inventory process of the working hours will be carried out by all the country’s employer companies for the all of their employees with a salaried dependent labor contract.
