The advance of vaccination against Covid-19 in recent months has fueled optimism at operator CVC, which registered a 76% increase in travel bookings in November, compared to October.
According to the company, reservations for the end-of-year festivities are equivalent to the numbers registered before the pandemic. The operator chartered flights with 52,000 seats and booked another 38,000 on regular flights.
The operator said it had also contracted bus trips to more than 5,000 national destinations at the end of the year, involving 21,000 passengers.
The company also hopes to resume the cruise season in full swing. From December to March of next year, 12 CVC ships will make 92 departures, departing from Rio, Salvador (BA), Itajaà (SC) and Santos (SP).
