Panel SA: Embratur proposes to increase flights to Brazil with a stopover in Cuba

Embratur plans to speak with airlines to ask for new routes departing from Canada and Lisbon to the Brazilian Northeast.

According to Embratur, the issue was discussed this Thursday (2) at a meeting between Marcelo Freixo, president of the agency, and the Cuban embassy.

Freixo should take the matter to TAP executives traveling to Portugal.

Also according to Embratur, he should also meet representatives of Gol next week to discuss the creation of a route connecting Havana to Recife.
