Court of Justice of São Paulo opens contest with 400 mid-level vacancies

The TJ-SP (São Paulo Court of Justice) published, this Friday (3), the notice of the public tender with 400 vacancies for the position of judicial technical clerk. All opportunities are for the capital of São Paulo and require a medium level.

Entries can be made from February 17th to March 28th, at 4 pm, exclusively through the Vunesp Foundation website. The announcement can be accessed here.

The starting salary for the position is BRL 5,480.54 with allowances for food, health and transportation (amount referring to January 2023).

The competition will be divided into two stages:

  • Objective test: eliminatory in nature, will consist of one hundred multiple-choice questions and is scheduled for May 28 of this year;
  • Practical test: formatting and typing, only for qualified candidates with the best classification, according to the cutoff marks. The date is yet to be set.

After approval, the contest will be valid for one year, extendable for the same period at the discretion of the TJ-SP.

Those classified within the number of vacancies offered in the announcement will be nominated, and the court may or may not appoint the other approved candidates, according to their needs and the existing budget availability. Of the total vacancies, 5% are reserved for PCDs (people with disabilities) and 20% for black candidates.

The court extended, until June 29, 2024, the expiry date of the clerkship contest for the capital, São Bernardo do Campo, Santo André, Osasco, Guarulhos, Mogi das Cruzes and Itapecerica da Serra.

According to the public notice, the nomination of candidates approved in the new competition is prohibited until the closure of the previous one for the same position.
