Regarding the payments of training allowances to unemployed people who completed the “new generation” skills upgrading programs in digital and green skills, the Public Employment Service (DYPA) informs that the process of the necessary checks has started and the payments will start within the next 20 days.

As stated in a relevant announcement, the project is implemented within the framework of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan “Greece 2.0”, with funding from the European Union-NextGenerationEU and specific actions are required, as well as administrative, on-site and sample checks, to ensure the repayment process both trainees and training and certification providers.

It is recalled that, after the completion of the training programs of their choice, the beneficiaries participate in certification exams of the knowledge and skills they have acquired and, those who succeed, receive an educational allowance, amounting to up to 1,000 euros (5 euros per hour of training for up to 200 hours training).
