Georgiadis: In Hellinikon of the 1st phase there is not a square meter unsold – Tales of Halima what is heard

It includes swimming pools, physiotherapists, while overnight stays are available.

With reference to the undergrounding of Poseidon Avenue, 1.5 km long, it was pointed out that the project is being attempted 30-35 machines and 110 people. More than 50% has been completed and 20% of the carrier has been concreted, i.e. 25,000 cubic meters of concrete out of the total of 125,000. The project is constructed using the “cut and cover” method, i.e. excavation and backfilling afterwards, with reinforced concrete and special insulation to avoid settling. The 5.6-6 meter high tunnel is designed to the highest standards. The project will be completed by early 2025 in its entirety, while traffic will not need to be disrupted as a wide bypass will be in place.”

Finally, the ministers and MPs visited the coastal front where the Riviera Galleria shopping center, the first skyscraper Riviera Tower and two hotels will be installed, while the Agios Kosmos marina will be upgraded with the ability to dock 310 boats, as well as host super yachts. Mr. Georgiadis stated: “The skyscraper that will rise over here will have a view all the way to the sea. Now the foundation is made. All the apartments have been sold except the penthouses, if I remember correctly, only those have not been sold. Everything else has been sold. In order not to create false impressions to the public, at the moment there is not a single square meter, practically, unsold in Hellinikon of the first phase.

The master plan of the project predicted and predicts that the first phase of the project will be delivered by December 31, 2025.
