Applications for the North Evia Pass 2023 action via vouchers.gov.gr were completed on Tuesday, August 29 at 9 p.m.
In total, during the application submission period, 112,915 applications were created, while 102,827 were finally submitted (36,070 applications addressed to the Municipality of Istiaia-Edipsos and 66,757 applications addressed to the Municipality of Mantoudi-Limni-Agia Anna).

Following the completion of the applications and as provided by the no. Official Gazette 5178/B/24-8-2023 KYA, a lottery was conducted by the implementing body, from which the final 6,550 beneficiaries of the action emerged: 3,050 beneficiaries of an immaterial digital debit card in the amount of 100 euros for the Municipality of Istiaea-Edipsos and 3,500 beneficiaries of an immaterial digital debit card debit card in the amount of 150 euros for the Municipality of Mantoudi-Limni-Agia Anna.
The results of the draw have been posted on the website of the action https://vouchers.gov.gr/norteviapass2023, where applicants can search with the unique identifier of their application as well as the last 4 digits of their VAT number, if they are among the finalists beneficiaries.
They also have the ability to verify if they are among the final beneficiaries by logging into their application and checking the status of their application.
Beneficiaries’ applications resulting from a lottery will be in “Drawn” status.
For the beneficiaries who emerged after the lottery, the process of issuing the immaterial digital debit card has started which will be completed within 2 working days.
After issuance, the Payment Service Provider will inform the beneficiary of the procedure to follow to activate the card. To store the immaterial digital debit card, a suitable smartphone that supports NFC-contactless transaction technology is required.
It is recalled that the immaterial digital cards will be able to be used for specific categories of expenses (local transport, catering and accommodation) and exclusively in the area chosen by the beneficiaries when submitting their application (Municipality of Istiaea-Edipsos or Municipality of Mantoudi-Limni-Agia Anna) until November 30, 2023.
The platform was implemented with the cooperation of the Ministries of Climate Crisis & Civil Protection, National Economy & Finance, Interior, Digital Governance and Tourism and aims to financially support the tourism activity of the regions of Northern Evia, which were affected by the fires of August 2021, in continuation of the corresponding scheme of the previous year.
Note that the North Evia Pass is implemented by the National Technology and Research Infrastructure Network (EDYTE S.A. – GRNET), a body of the Ministry of Digital Governance, and is financed by the Public Investment Program.
