The Ministry of Development announced in detail the 233 products participating, until today 25 October 2023, in the new “Permanent Price Reduction” initiative, with reductions starting from 5% and reaching up to 23%.

The Minister of Development, Kostas Skrekas, said: “With the “Permanent price reduction” initiative, we seek a permanent reduction in the prices on the shelf, in items of basic necessity for households. We continue the effort to support the Greek family in the face of punctuality, implementing pioneering measures throughout Europe. At the same time, we are creating conditions for the immediate strengthening of healthy competition while continuing the intensive controls to combat profiteering. The fight against accuracy does not stop”.

The list of companies that drop by at least 5% the prices of their products
In 17 – so far – the companies that will reduce prices by 5% are listed for at least six months within the framework of the initiative of the Ministry of Development “Permanent Price Reduction” to address accuracy.
This is 213 codes (products), with one of the companies providing a list of 71 codes.
