Panel SA: Crater on the marginal generates delay and concern for drivers at Ceagesp

by

The crater opened in the asphalt of the Tietê marginal this Tuesday (1st) caused complaints of delay in cargo deliveries at Ceagesp (Companhia de Entrepostos e Armazéns Gerais de São Paulo).

There were complaints of delays of up to an hour and a half, but without major impacts on the entry of goods and vehicles, according to the warehouse.

“Many were worried about the return trip, when they would pass through the affected area on the Tietê waterfront. There were no impacts on supply”, says Ceagesp.

The consortium responsible for the construction of the orange line-6 of the subway began to concrete the hole after a sewer pipe ruptured.

The forecast of the secretary of Metropolitan Transport, Paulo Galli, is that the release of the central lane of the Tietê marginal will happen in ten days. The express lane is still open and the local one is completely closed.

CET suspended the rotation of vehicles and trucks, as well as Maximum Restriction Zones for Trucks and Charters, until Friday (4).
