A marina located in the heart of the Athenian Riviera and at a distance of only 6 kilometers from the center of Athens, with easy access from every part of the city, through a dense transport network. The Flisvos marina is at the same time a unique leisure destination, offering high level berthing possibilities and more. It has daily visitors – nature lovers who want to enjoy the Attic blue sky in the 25 acres of greenery, which have been created for this purpose. The capital of the investment reached 56.6 million euros, it has a total of 310 berths with 50% being for Mega yachts over 30m while at the same time it also has 27 commercial spaces, capabilities unique both in Greece and in similar facilities around the world.
The maximum depth of the port basin is 16m with the possibility of service Mega Yacht up to 110m., has enhanced protection against severe weather conditions, ISPS high security area, customer service reception, VIP Concierge, electricity per berth (from 32 to 1,200Amps) and potable water supply. At the same time, it offers a telecommunications network & high-speed Internet (ADSL-VDSL) per seat, as well as free Wi-Fi throughout the facility. In addition, it has a helipad, fueling station, wc and shower for customers and visitors, access facilities for the disabled, daily 24-hour port operation with staff to provide assistance during docking or disembarking of docked vessels as well as technical support, fire detection and fire extinguishing system in all wharves and building facilities.
The marina has, among others, multi-purpose vessel (fire engine/ tug), 24-hour security service with patrols as well as closed circuit CCTV cameras, with a total of 652 parking spaces to serve the public and customers, controlled vehicle access, a Port Authority office and first aid station with modern equipment and an automatic defibrillator.
The Flisvos marina has water quality 100% within the limits of the European directive for bathing waters, Environmental Management System ISO 14001:2015, green area of 25 acres, has 16 electric vehicle charging stations promoting electrification, measures its Energy Footprint since 2016 and supplies electricity 100% from RES. Prepares and publishes a sustainable development report every year since 2018, manages 28 different waste codes in a 100% environmentally sound way, operates an outdoor organic waste composting unit, has adopted innovative practices in the service of the environment (SEABIN, JELLYFISH BOT, GUM REMOVER). It organizes awareness-raising actions for the protection of the environment and biodiversity, has reduced heat emissions by placing cubicles in the commercial, and not only, areas, while there are wastewater collection stations in collaboration with licensed collection companies.
From 2007 to 2023 it has received a total of 12 certifications and awards.
