The posting of 7,159,164 settlement notes was completed last night LIGHT. Based on these, 2,286,700,139 euros were confirmed to 6,167,304 natural persons and businesses.

For the first time this year, more than 215,171 taxpayers will receive a discount in ENFIA for 298,210 real rights in their insured homes.

Detailed statistics by region will be published by the end of the week.

For the convenience of taxpayers who have a pending tax refund and wish to receive it in full, the Independent Public Revenue Authority will not carry out central offsets against the current ENFIA until 19 April 2024. Until then, citizens and businesses with a pending refund can repay the ENFIA so that it is not offset against their refund.

Beneficiaries can receive their refund immediately if they pay this year’s property tax by:

• on 18/4 for payment via web banking or

• on 19/4 for payment through the myAADE digital portal and myAADEapp.

Please note that owners can:

• They have access to the ENFIA clearance notes through the myAADE digital portal, in the path: “Applications > Popular Applications > Declaration E9/ENFIA > Login to the application”, selecting “Year 2024”.

• Proceed to pay the relevant debt through:

o the myAADE digital portal, under the path: My Account (Debts, Payments, Refunds) > Debts out of Settlement and Payment, or

o the new AADE application for mobile devices myAADEapp, in the selection: My Account (Debts, Payments, Refunds) > Debts, Payments > Payment of outstanding debts > Next > Select Payment Method (Via IRIS or By card) > Summary of individual open out of regulation.

Finally, ENFIA debtors have the possibility to pay the real estate tax:

• one time,

• in 11 monthly installments with the first installment due by the end of April and the last by the end of February 2025, or

• in 24 interest-bearing monthly installments, including the debt in the fixed arrangement.
