An open tender for the nomination of a contractor who will undertake the management and exploitation of the real estate is announced by the Greek Post (ELTA), in the context of the development and utilization of their real estate portfolio.

According to a related announcement by Hellenic Posts, the utilization of real estate is the third pillar of ELTA’s ongoing strategic recovery plan, alongside the rationalization of expenses and development initiatives, which constitute the other two pillars.

Having a significant portfolio of more than 80 properties throughout Greece, ELTA seeks the efficient exploitation and optimized management of its assets. The portfolio includes shops, plots of land – with or without buildings – and industrial sites, many of which remain unused today.

The best real estate broker candidate should have:

  • Expert knowledge of the real estate market
  • Proven experience managing similar portfolios

The goal is the development of a strategic utilization of ELTA properties, which will be implemented with the aim of achieving maximum benefit for the company.
