Falling trends were registered by stock prices in today’s session Stock Exchangeamidst a negative climate in the European markets as well.

O General Price Index closed at 1,466.73 points, down 0.91%.

The value of transactions amounted to 89.50 million euros, while 21,685,429 shares were traded.

The large-cap index fell 1.19%, while the mid-cap index fell 0.31%.

Of the high capitalization stocks, the biggest increase was recorded by the shares of Titan (+3.41%), Jumbo (+1.05%) and PPA (+0.18%).

On the contrary, the biggest drop was recorded by shares of Piraeus (-2.81%), Eurobank (-2.65%), Alpha Bank (-2.29%), Motor Oil (-1.94%) and ELPE (-1.85%) ).

The largest volume of transactions was presented by Alpha Bank and Eurobank, trading 6,214,382 and 4,267,388 shares, respectively.

The highest transaction value was recorded by Piraeus with 15.32 million euros and Alpha Bank with 10.53 million euros

20 stocks moved up, 73 fell and 25 remained stable.

The biggest increase was recorded by the shares: Attica Bank +3.54% and Titan +3.41%.

The biggest drop was registered by the shares: Ekter -47.67% and Tria ‘Alfa(k) -8.55%.
