The evaluation process will begin in the near future
The submission of funding applications for research projects under the “Research and Development by Enterprises” program funded by the NSRF has been completed.
As announced by the Ministry of Development, 427 proposals were submitted with a Public Expenditure of 178,562,156.35 euros and a Budget of 237,367,328.14 euros.
The evaluation process will begin in the near future.
The 183 funding applications concern collaborative projects by groups of businesses, while the remaining 244 were submitted by individual SMEs.
A total of 565 different companies submitted their participation.
The main objective of the “Research and Development by Enterprises” program is to create new research and scientific/technical staff positions through supporting research, promoting innovation and strengthening business networking.
The program is part of its “Research-Innovate” Action total budget of 300 million euros and aims to strengthen research, through the interconnection between businesses or businesses and research bodies, in order to highlight innovative products that will help the extroversion of businesses and strengthen the competitiveness of the Greek economy.
