The stock market closed at slightly higher levels in today’s (Thursday) session, after two bearish sessions, without being able to recover significantly, despite the positive climate of the European markets. The market was supported by the shares of OTE, PPC and Titan.

The General Price Index closed at 1,426.91 points, marking an increase of 0.11%. Intra-sessionally it fluctuated in a range of 8.30 units. It recorded a high of 1,428.70 points (+0.23%) and a low of 1,420.40 points (-0.35%).

The value of the transactions amounted to 88.62 million euros, while 20,528,688 shares were traded.

The large-cap index rose marginally to 0.09%, while the mid-cap index gained 0.24%.

Of the high capitalization shares, the biggest increase was recorded by the shares of OTE (+1.64%), PPC (+1.49%), Titan (+1.27%) and Jumbo (+1.24 %).

On the contrary, the largest decline was recorded by the shares of Ellactor (-1.47%), Lamda Development (-1.29%), Motor OIl (-1.02%) and Mytileneos (-0.93%).

Eurobank and Alpha Bank presented the largest volume of transactions, trading 8,430,808 and 3,782,559 shares, respectively.

The highest transaction value was recorded by Eurobank with 17.18 million euros and Motor Oil with 16.32 million euros.

40 stocks moved up, 57 fell and 21 remained stable.

The biggest increase was recorded by the shares: Domiki Kritis +5.12% and Biocapret +4.86%.

The biggest drop was recorded by the shares: Tria Alpha (k) -7.27% and Bitros -4.41%.
