A total of 1,573 applications for funding were approved, with a total public expenditure of 295,757,680 euros, by Deputy Minister of National Economy and Finance Nikos Papathanassis.
The relevant results came after the meetings of the ten assessment committees on the action “Strengthening the establishment and operation of new SMEs” in the Regions: North Aegean, Eastern Macedonia – Thrace, Central Macedonia, Epirus, Thessaly, Western Greece, Western Greece, Western Greece, Western Greece
In total, 5,165 applications were examined with a budget requested EUR 1,753,746,326.18 and total public expenditure 959,089,150.77 euros.
This decision completed the evaluation of the funding applications submitted in the context of this action in all 13 regions of the country.
In total, of the 6,669 funding applications approved by 2,021, with a public expense of 379,539,901.37 euros.
It is recalled that on May 30, the results for Attica and the South Aegean were announced, with the approval of 448 funding applications, with a total public expenditure of 83,782,221.17 euros.
The action aims to strengthen the media who want to invest in tourism and thus increase jobs, extension of the tourist season, but also in wider strengthening the prospects of the industry, which is a key pillar of national development policy.
The projects approved are funded by the European Union Regional Development Fund (ERDF) of the European Union and by national participation.
Beneficiaries are informed electronically, in the Form on the Submission Form (Email), through the Integrated State Aid Information System (OPEC).
