Panel SA: Brazilian wants to cut fuel and cooking gas, points out CNI

The latest monitoring by the CNI (National Confederation of Industry) raised a data that has worried the sector, on alert with the escalation of prices that affects consumption.

More than 20% of the population intends to stop buying fuel in the next three months and more than 30% decided to reduce the purchase of alcohol, gasoline and diesel, according to the CNI.

For cooking gas, there are plans to reduce consumption between 26% of respondents in the survey of the entity and 2% want to stop buying.

Also according to the CNI, this climate spread across all profiles of the sample, but the intention to cut consumption prevails among groups of young people (52%), high school (54%), residents of the North and Midwest. (56%) and in the peripheries (60%).
