The Commission’s draft plan for energy savings, independence from Russia and consumer measures

Suggestions for energy saving, energy independence from Russia, but also consumer support measures are expected to be presented tomorrow by the European Commission. According to a draft available to the APE-MPE, the Commission states that the reduction of energy demand through a change in the habits of citizens, but also through fast-track measures for energy efficiency will reduce the volume of scarcity natural gas and oil in case of flow interruptions from Russia.
