Hollywood star Robert De Niro, 78, spoke about his taste in music in a recent interview with Variety. When commenting on the singer Taylor Swift, 32, showing her short film “All Too Well” at the Tribeca Film Festival, the artist revealed that he likes the songs of the also composer.
“I have all her albums,” he said jokingly. “I’m not a fan. I probably listen to her music and I like it on the radio. My little daughter turns on a radio station and I go crazy when it plays. When they have her music, it’s fine.”
Swift will screen her short at the festival this weekend, and will also discuss the process of bringing the 13-minute track’s story into an event titled A Conversation with Taylor Swift.
The chat will take place at the Beacon Theater in New York, United States, with a live audience, next Saturday (11) at 3 pm. The project was released in November of the last year, being based on a 10-minute version of the song that she also released in the same month.
The short features actors Dylan O’Brien, from “Teen Wolf” and “Maze Runner”, and Sadie Sink, from “Stranger Things”. The song is based on Swift’s short-lived relationship with actor Jake Gyllenhaal, which lasted from 2010 to 2011.
