Before baking begins, the Alexander he wants some action and that’s why he does Kite Surf in Little Vigla.
A special experience that to complete requires… BBQ on the beach and “Open Kebab with chopped marinated tomato & tabouleh”.
During the trip to Naxos, he could not help but look for and get to know better the wealth of the island: the arts that are still preserved, such as that of the glaze and the traditional wood oven, but also the farmers – producers, who for generations, make the famous local products, such as Naxos potatoes.
After hard work in the field, he prepares on the BBQ “Pancakes with dry rub & butter potatoes and herbs».
Leaving Naxos, Alexandros, among others, takes with him the Naxian hospitality that is not forgotten with anything and of course the bbq that is ready to warm the company with delicious recipes to the next magical destination.
