Actor Arnold Schwarzenegger, 74, refuses to pay for his bastard son Joseph Baena, 24, after he finishes college. A bodybuilder and aspiring actor, the young man told the Daily Express that he works as a realtor to pay the bills.
“I’m so grateful that my dad helped me finish college. But right when college was over he was like, ‘you’re on your own,'” the young man told the Unwaxed podcast. Schwarzenegger owns a fortune of US$ 400 million (about 2.2 billion reais)
Baena said she needed a job after she broke up and wasn’t getting any of the acting roles she thought she would get. He began an internship at a real estate company and celebrated the sale of his first luxury property earlier this year.
The young man is the result of the actor’s extramarital relationship with his former housekeeper Mildred Baena, which culminated in the end of the actor’s marriage to TV presenter Maria Shriver, mother of four other Schwarzenegger children, in 2011. Mildred was the family’s employee for 20 years and retired when the case was exposed.
“I think it was the stupidest thing I did in the entire relationship. It was terrible. I caused Maria tremendous pain and unbelievable pain to the kids,” Schwarzenegger told 60 Minutes in 2012.
