Marília Mendonça’s mother takes her grandson to his father’s concert Murilo Huff

by

For the first time, the two-year-old son of Marília Mendonça and Murilo Huff, Léo, participated in his father’s concert in Goiânia. On Sunday night (24), the singer’s mother took the child on stage and was moved by the public’s affection. To the sound of “De Quem É a Culpa?”, song by the countryman, the singer sought out his son with his ex-mother-in-law.

“Son, have you seen so many people singing Mom’s song?”, he said, asking the child to greet the audience on the microphone. Dona Ruth, Marília Mendonça’s mother, said that Léo was finding the new experience strange, but that the intention was to start showing more of her father’s work and the legacy of her mother, who died in November 2021, in a plane crash.

“We’re already going to start preparing his little head to tell him what happened, which he doesn’t understand,” he said. “I get very emotional, thanks to God and to you, that I was able to share this pain with the world, everything that eases, your affection for this family here, which is us, she [Marília Mendonça] I would be very proud.”

Last Friday (22), the singer would have turned 27 and that also brought a lot of emotion to her mother while speaking at the show. On the day, Murilo Huff paid tribute to his ex-girlfriend. “Today is going to be a little more difficult than the others… for us who are here missing you, because in heaven I know the party is going to be big!”, she said in an Instagram post.
