Actor Ezra Miller is in legal trouble again, this time for allegedly stealing liquor from a Vermont home.
Miller, 29, was charged with felony burglary and is accused of stealing several bottles of alcohol from a Stamford home earlier this year, according to a newly released police report.

“The Flash” star was charged after the homeowners, who were not home at the time of the alleged break-in, reported the missing bottles to police on May 1. A subsequent investigation, in which police reviewed surveillance video, led officers to charge Miller.
Police caught Miller — who uses the pronouns they/they — three months later on Aug. 7 and is scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court on Sept. 26 to be arraigned.
