‘I didn’t even know who I was’, says wife of Guilherme de Pádua about photo with Michelle Bolsonaro

Juliana Lacerda, wife of Guilherme de Pádua, denied this Friday (12) that the couple is intimate with President Jair Bolsonaro (PL), candidate for reelection, and with his wife, Michelle Bolsonaro. The two visited the Lagoinha Baptist Church, where the confessed murderer of Daniella Perez is a pastor, last Sunday (7).

According to the website Em Off, in addition to the church service, the two couples would also have crossed paths at lunch on the same day. A photo of Michelle and Juliana with their faces glued, which would have been taken on that occasion, went viral this Friday, but Juliana claims that this was the only interaction between her and the first lady.

“Guys, a photo of me with the first lady was leaked, saying that I’m her close friend, and that’s a lie,” he said in a video posted on social media. “The press can be very dirty, it’s a lie. I was simply at a celebration of Pastor Márcio’s 50th birthday, and she was present at that party. And I, like everyone there, was in a line to be able to take a picture with her.”

“It was just that with the first lady, nothing more,” he said. “I never exchanged a single word with her. Never really. She didn’t even know who I was. She just went there, kind that she is, an extremely simple person, a woman of God, because I’m a fan, and she took this picture with me , as [com] everyone there in that line, in this celebration. It was just that.”

The Lagoinha Baptist Church is led by Pastor Márcio Valadão, who celebrated his 50 years of ministry last Sunday. On the occasion, Michelle Bolsonaro spoke for five minutes. “It’s a very difficult moment, brothers. It hasn’t been easy. It’s a fight, a war of good against evil. But I believe that we will win, because Jesus already won on the cross of Calvary”, he declared, repeating phrases that the president often says.

Guilherme de Pádua became pastor of the Lagoinha Baptist Church in 2017 in his hometown of Belo Horizonte. Recently, his name returned to the spotlight with the premiere of the documentary miniseries “Pacto Brutal”, which sheds light on the murder of actress Daniella Perez, who died at the age of 22 on December 28, 1992.

Her body was found by the police, next to her car, in the thicket of a hitherto sparsely populated Barra da Tijuca, in the west of Rio de Janeiro, with 18 perforations, most concentrated in the heart region. A witness’ account led police to De Padua, who was a co-star of the victim, and to his then-wife, Paula Thomaz.
