“Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, the time is coming. Lula is already winning, my dear, Tchutchuca is already leaving”, sang the former anchor of Bom Dia, Brasil. The term ‘Tchutchuca do centrão’ was used by youtuber Wilker Leão to criticize President Jair Bolsonaro (PL), on Thursday (18).
In an interview with F5, the lead singer of Bonde, Leandro Moraes, tells what, after all, is a Tchutchuca, and who inspired him to write the lyrics. Contrary to what many people think, it is not a case of taking the children out of the room. Leandrinho, as the funk singer is called, denies any trace of machismo or vulgarity. “When I made the song I was thinking about my nephew. He had just been born, and we called him Tchutchuco”, he says.
At the end of April, Chico Pinheiro, 68, left Globo after 32 years of service. The news was disclosed by the company in an internal statement to employees.
