Luigi Baricelli, 51, surprised netizens with his new look. The actor and presenter, who used to appear without a beard and with short hair in his participation in Globo, adopted long dreadlocks some time ago and, more recently, has even braided his beard.
The images were published on the artist’s social networks, who came to be compared to King Ragnar Lothbrok, played by Travis Fimmel in the series “Vikings” (2013–2020). In fact, Baricelli does not hide that he is a fan of the production and has even published montages with the two, implying that he was inspired by the look of the character.
He currently lives abroad and defines himself as a “spiritual innovator”. He gives lectures and uses social media to talk about spirituality and philosophize on various subjects.
“Breathe the silence of your body, your mind, your body, your emotions, your soul, go back to the source, do the opposite way, and ask yourself: who am I? silence will bring you the answer”, he recommended in his latest publication.
Baricelli began his TV career in the 1990s. He gained prominence on Globo as Romão in the first season of “Malhação” (1995) and as Fred in “Laços de FamÃlia” (2000). He was also a reporter for Domingão do Faustão and presenter of Video Show, in addition to commanding the Mega da Virada draw since 2009.
As an actor, his last role for Globo was in “Insensato Coração” (2011), in addition to a participation in the series “Os Homens São de Marte…” (2014). After that, he presented the reality shows School for Husbands (Fox Life) and At First Sight (Discovery Home & Health/Band).
