The family by Happy Traveller returns to SKAI for 8th year in a row. An exciting season begins with new excursions, new adventures, new travel experiences. Impressive images, magical places on the other side of the earth but also beautiful locations in Greece await SKAI viewers the new season of Happy Traveler from Saturday 17 September and every Saturday at 16.45.
The group of the show has already been traveling for 7 years, has visited 90 countries of the world and filmed 276 episodes. And it continues…
This season, the Happy Traveler travels in the exotic Seychelles with the enchanting beaches, in the impressive Peru with the iconic Machu Picchu, in India with the majestic Taj Mahal and in Vietnam with its mesmerizing natural landscapes. Eutychis and Elektra also visit the least touristic country in Europe, Moldova which will pleasantly surprise them and they will take a road trip to neighboring Albania where they will discover beauties they didn’t even know existed.
In Greece, they travel to Corinthia, Konitsa and Mastorochoria, climb Grammos – the fourth highest mountain in Greece -, enjoy the snow in Pelion and explore some of the most beautiful islands of the Aegean such as Paros, Naxos, the small Cyclades, Amorgos and Astypalaia.
In the first episode of this season, on Saturday, September 17, the show’s now four-member team travels to one of the most popular exotic destinations in the world! The happy travelers get on the plane and go off the coast of Africa, to the Indian ocean, to the enchanting Seychelles! In the first part of the trip, in the Indian Ocean archipelago they explore the largest island of Mahe with the capital Victoria. They start their journey from the northern part of the island, the largest of the 115 islands in the archipelago. They tour the country’s capital, Victoria, which is one of the smallest capital cities in the world, and learn the basics about the history of this very special country. They go to the botanical garden to admire giant tortoises, try local recipes and explore Beau Vallon and other idyllic beaches that will blow their minds.
