The Mediterranean-style villa is located on a secluded plot, which has a private path to a secluded beach
The man who bought Cindy Crawford’s former Malibu mansion, who “closed” on the contract last month, has been revealed.
According to “Dirt,” it’s Kim Kardashian, who bought the beachfront property for $70.4 million in an off-market deal that closed last week.
The sellers are investor Adam Weiss and his wife, “Yellowstone” actress Barret Swatek, who bought the home from Cindy Crawford in 2018 for $45 million.
Kardashian has had a busy month. A few weeks ago he acquired another property in Hidden Hills, worth $5.3 million, as well as a condo in Calabasas, worth $3.5 million.
The Mediterranean-style villa is located on a secluded plot, which has a private path to a secluded beach. Other outdoor amenities include a tennis court, a poolside cabana with an outdoor fireplace, and a fireplace and spa area, each offering gorgeous ocean views.
Inside the four-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom residence, large sliding glass doors offer panoramic views without even having to step outside.
The mansion has a modern design, a master suite with two bathrooms, a large walk-in closet and a gym with a vaulted ceiling, which Kardashian is sure to use.
It is reportedly the largest real estate purchase in Malibu and the fourth most expensive in California so far this year. Leonardo DiCaprio and Neil Diamond are among Kardashian’s new neighbors.
