“We liked the idea of ​​introducing a new gang around Berlin, in a completely different emotional state,” Alex Pina explained during TUDUM last weekend.
He also revealed that the prequel will be full of tension, crime, travel, romance and humor. “It’s a trip to the golden age of the character, when he was doing robberies across Europe, crazy with love,” added Pina, and emphasized that the biggest surprise will be the comedy element, since people are going to laugh a lot.
Filming will begin on October 3rd, will last several weeks and will take place in Madrid and Paris. The cast of the series has been announced and will include Michelle Jenner as Kayla, Tristan Ulloa as Berlin’s professor and advisor Damian, Begona Vargas as Cameron, Julio Pina Fernandez as his loyal friend , Roy and Joel Sanchez as Bruce.
